- Attract and secure the right recruitment applicants, from job description creation to offer negotiation and employment commencement;
- Manage the trickier but sometimes unavoidable employment law matters, incl. disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and compromise agreements;
- Maintain and enhance employer-employee relations;
- Implement appraisal, training and development needs to maximise performance and potential;
- Deliver a benefits package that motivates, engages and is valued;
- Administrate your payroll and pension needs.
Pricing
My costings generally fall to an hourly rate or a project cost, and reflect the nature of the work being undertaken.
You can work with me on a concise and short one-off need, a long-term basis, or anything that falls inbetween.
I am happy to work in a virtual partnership or on-site at your premises.
Because my overheads are low, I am able to keep my prices at an affordable and sensible rate. Additionally, I am currently not VAT registered.
All pricing and payment terms are discussed and agreed in advance, thus eliminating any unwelcome shocks and surprises.
