With over fifteen years’ experience working hands-on with founders and directors, plus all levels and range of business suppliers, I enjoy nothing more than driving a business forward whilst maintaining excellent working relationships with all levels.

By taking the back office needs largely off the agenda of business owners and directors, I enable their focus to be at the forefront of their business. Steering their ship in the direction of growth, they won't face endless time-consuming and noisy distractions happening in the background.

Utilising my Masters Degree in Personnel & Development (CIPD qualified), in London I spent a decade with a top 50 owner-led consumer PR agency. Formerly their HR Manager, this position developed into me becoming the Executive Assistant to the Founder/Managing Director. As her right-hand man (lady!), this grew once more to see me become their Head of Operations.
